National Scholarship For disability Students: The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment offers a special scholarship scheme for students with disabilities (SwDs) who want to study Master’s or Ph.D. courses abroad at recognized foreign universities.
This scheme is for regular, full-time students with disabilities listed under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, including visual, hearing, speech, loco-motor, intellectual, and other specified disabilities. The scholarship is implemented offline by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD).
Many talented students with disabilities miss higher education opportunities due to financial pressure, physical challenges, and social barriers. This scholarship supports them to continue their studies, gain global exposure, and build a respectable and independent future. National Scholarship For disability Students
